Cafe Grit is all about grit and it takes a lot of grit to make the decision to prioritize yourself. That's what I did in early 2022. In S3E02, I start off a 3-part series talking about my journey to wellness, which started with a mindset change. We must make ourselves the number one in our lives, in order to be our best for others. In the past 10 months I've lost 70 lbs with the help of a health and fitness coach. In this episode I talk about where I was a year ago and what led up to me making the call to prioritize myself and get help.
